Dr. Wesley Fryer is an educator and school administrator in Oklahoma City.[1] He is an adult Sunday School teacher, ordained elder and deacon at First Presbyterian Church of Edmond, Oklahoma, which is a member of The Covenant Order of Evangelical Presbyterians (ECO).[2][3] Dr. Fryer is a 1992 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and studied in Mexico City in 1992-93 as a Fulbright Scholar. He completed a Masters Degree in Elementary Education from Texas Tech University in 1996, and received his Ph.D.  in Curriculum and Instruction in 2011 from Texas Tech University.[4]
