Dr. Wesley Fryer is an educator and school administrator in Oklahoma City.[1]<\/sup><\/a> He is an adult Sunday School teacher, ordained elder and deacon at First Presbyterian Church of Edmond, Oklahoma<\/a>, which is a member of The Covenant Order of Evangelical Presbyterians (ECO)<\/a>.[2]<\/sup><\/a>[3]<\/sup><\/a> Dr. Fryer is a 1992 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and studied in Mexico City in 1992-93 as a Fulbright Scholar.
